Ford moved its heavy-duty models into the Super Duty family for the 1999 model year; and Super Duty would remain the F-250 title. Ford’s upgraded frame and suspension components gave it a higher payload and towing. There is a cab to suit everyone’s style, with three cab options: Standard Regular Cab with two-doors, a Super Extended Cab with two small reverse-opening rear doors, and a Crew Cab with four full-sized doors that could seat up to six people.
